Please review the following basic terms and conditions that govern your use of and purchase of products from our site.

Customers must provide full, accurate and legible information in the order form. Telephone number is must for most countries. |

The actual color may differ slightly from that shown due to lighting differences, individual pc monitor color settings, photographer styles, etc. |

As most items are custom made, refunds or exchanges cannot be entertained. |
| d) |
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. They are entirely your responsibility. |

All credit card payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, Celestium is not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards. |

Designs and prices are subject to change without notice. |

The prices featured in Celestium are exclusive of worldwide home delivery charges by first class courier service. Shipping charges are applicable as per the customer's destination country. |

The Prices are inclusive Courier Service charges |

If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately. All complaints will be acknowledged within one working day. |
DELIVERY POLICY
| a) |
Celestium will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer. |
| b) |
Customers must provide up to 4 weeks for processing and delivery of orders. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 4 weeks, we will inform the customer at the earliest. |
| c) |
All items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order. |
| d) |
Celestium takes care to ship the orders in good condition, properly polythene packed and then wrapped in packing paper. However, the package may be damaged due to delivery procedure and custom procedure at the destination country and we will not be responsible for the same. |
